From the personal and medical information you provide, we will be able to assess your individual needs and requirements in order to provide you with an indication of a possible life assurance quotation.
In we are successful in obtaining an indicative quote and you would then like to proceed with your application, you will be asked to complete an application form for the insurance company who then may request a GP report from your doctor (please note the insurer pays for the GP report and no money will be requested from you). The application can either be completed over the phone or posted to you for completion.
