Our Helpline service offers Free, Confidential and Impartial advice, information and support on a number of subjects including Travel & Transport, Oxygen, Equipment, Welfare Benefits, as well as many issues relating to over 40 lung conditions.
Our team is made up of:

respiratory nurses, who can provide help and information on the whole range of adult and children's lung conditions, their diagnosis and treatment, and how best to live with them
- welfare benefits advisers, who can help with money matters, enabling you to make sure you are getting the financial help you are entitled to
- counsellors, providing emotional and practical support to anyone affected by a lung condition.

An interpreting service is available to help answer telephone enquiries from someone who’s first language is not English. The caller will be asked which language they speak, and then via the Helpline, they will be connected to an interpreter so that they can continue with their enquiry.
