2010 Meetings
June
The group were joined by Penny from the local NHS Re-Start Team.
July
The group had a talk on wood-turning.
August
The group went on a coach trip to Hunstanton. Despite hold-up on the way there, and the weather not being perfect, everyone had a great day. They had a raffle on the way home, which went down very well.
September
The group had a very interesting talk about someone who raised money to set up and fund an Orphanage in Romania - they were shown pictures of the children, the land as it was when it was bought, and also after the place had been built.
October
The group had a talk about the old railway from London up to Birmingham, and where it went on its way up; this was accompanied by slides. The group found this really interesting.
November
The group had a musical performance, which everyone really enjoyed.
December
The group will hold their Christmas lunch...photos and report to follow!
Summer Outing
Breathe Easy Daventry recently went on an outing to Millets Farm and
Garden Centre, near Oxford.
A good time was had by all, with the group enjoying both the gardens and
the tea shop, as can be seen in the photos!
