The COPD Project:

The British Lung Foundation’s COPD Project was set up in January 2007 to raise awareness of COPD among the general public and to share information and expertise among people living with COPD and health care professionals in light of the forthcoming National Service Framework for COPD in England.

Our Events - Free lung testing and COPD awareness days:

One of our project's main roles is hosting COPD awareness events where we invite members of the public to visit our stand to receive advice, information and a free lung test.
