This questionnaire is designed to see whether you might have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). This is an umbrella term which includes chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Some of the symptoms occur in other conditions and so please do not use this questionnaire as a guide of your risk of having COPD if you have any of the following: another lung disease; Heart disease; Thyroid disease; Anaemia.
