The British Lung Foundation wants to hear your views on what it’s like to live with a lung disease. Take our online survey and tell us what you think.
Results from this survey will be used to raise awareness of the many different lung diseases and the British Lung Foundation, to improve the care and support that’s available for patients.
All participants will be entered into a free prize draw and be in with a chance of winning a £25 M&S voucher. The poll will be open until 31st August 2011. Any entries sent after this time will not be accepted and the information will not be recorded.
