Participation in Challenge Events
This is a great way for everyone in your company to get involved and get fit. Whether it’s a 5k fun run, a cycling challenge, a triathlon or the ultimate – the Virgin London Marathon, by partnering with the BLF we can guarantee your staff places on many challenge events across the UK and abroad.
Employee Volunteering
The British Lung Foundation is always looking for volunteers. Your organisation could deliver that extra helping hand by volunteering for the BLF. We need help at our events our Breathe Easy support groups across the UK.
In addition, we require office support in our London and Regional offices – general admin, event management and logistics, marketing, public relations and fundraising are all areas where your staff can use their skills and really make a difference.
Payroll Giving
It is maybe not as much fun as participating or volunteering, but for your employees that want to contribute but may not have the time, Payroll Giving is a great solution. It is an easy to implement government approved scheme allowing employees to donate to the BLF directly from their salaries before tax. If your company runs a match giving scheme, Payroll Giving can be incorporated into this to maximise fundraising.
