Notts County, Youth Team Football Manager and former Notts County player, Michael Johnson has supported the British Lung Foundation since 2009. He fronted the British Lung Foundation’s Love Your Lungs campaign in his local area to promote the early symptoms of a lung condition called Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
He says: “As a footballer I regularly get my lungs checked so I am delighted to support the British Lung Foundation’s Love Your Lungs campaign”. I would encourage anyone with symptoms to ask their GP for a lung function test or come to one of the BLF’s free lung testing events if they think their symptoms are very small”.
