The British Lung Foundation's London and the South Region currently support around 89 'Breathe Easy' and 'BLF Support' groups for those living with lung conditions, their family, friends and carers.
New Breathe Easy Group Sudbury
The information day on 3 August in saw a record turnout - 67 patients and carers came to find out more about setting up a Breathe Easy in Sudbury, Suffolk. Claire Battye, Development Officer for the East of England, is working with Nadia & Rachel from the West Suffolk Respiratory Team to make it happen, so we think this group will be a huge success.
We'd also like to say a big THANK YOU to Peter Woods, Chair of Breathe Easy Ipswich, who gave an inspirational talk to all the potential new Breathe Easy members.
