Ready for Home patient survey

Can you spare a few minutes to share your experiences of living with COPD?

‘Ready for Home?’ is a short information survey being conducted among COPD patients, in association with the British Lung Foundation and Nycomed, which is a pharmaceutical company.

It aims to improve understanding of patients’ needs and experiences when they have had a hospital admission for COPD.
